Osho Meditations in Sarajevo

Sfera, Fitness and Meditation Center opened its doors September 2003. With its prime location in core city center and lots of free parking space, Sfera attracts many regular and occasional members.

In addition to helping their members to keep good physical condition, Sfera introduced a new program to keep and improve condition of our inner self. Now you can do Osho's meditations in group with detailed explanations about technique and other helpfull tips from trainer.

 

SFERA - FITNESS AND MEDITATION CENTER

Program which includes Osho's meditation is composed of following three activities: * Soft gymnastic and stretching exercises like in Hatha Yoga * Body movement exercises like in Tai Chi Chuan, which we call meditation in movement, and * One of Osho's Meditations. Our exercise program starts with body, which represents first barrier of our everyday stress, then progressively moves toward our mind, which is second and the biggest barrier to calmness and equanimity. Meditation is condition of deep relaxation which can be reached only by working on our consciousness. This program is recommended for everyone because in this chaotic world which surrounding us, being calm and equable is a precious rarity. Meditation classes start every Tuesday night at 19.30. The admission fee per session is 3,5 EURO. Guests are welcome to enjoy one FREE session. Osho's meditations we perform at Sfera are Giberrish, Nadabrahma, No-Mind, Trakata, Mandala, Chakra Sounds, Kundalini and Dynamic Meditation.
