After
that, peel the skin and put apple in boiling cooking liquid made from barley
malt, apple juice and raisins. Cook it for around 3 minutes from both sides, or till apple become little soft. Just before apple is cooked start removing middle and peeling next apple that it can be put in liquid just after the first one is cooked. When apples cool fill the middle with mixture made from grind baked hazelnuts, liquid stayed after cooking and little Soya cream. |
