Preparation
Soak
chickpeas in water for overnight.
Put soaked chickpeas in pressure cook and add 6 cups of water.
Time of cooking depends on how old it is, but usually it is cooked after
30 minutes in pressure.
If you are using casual pot, then it should be cooked around 1,5 hour.

tablespoon of olive oil put in frying pan, add chopped garlic and basilico.
Fry it for short, add salt and pour on chickpeas.
It can stay in fridge for 5 days and used for meals daily.
