Ingredients:
100g
Tofu
1,5 tbs. Shoyu, Tamari or Soya Sauce
1 tbs. of sesame or corn oil
pinch of ginger powder
2 tsp. lemon juice

Cut
tofu on slices around 1/2cm of thickness.
Put
on plate Shoyu, add ginger powder and lemon. If you have, fresh grind
ginger is good option.

Dip
tofu slices in sauce from both sides.

Warm
oil and put it for frying. It can be fried just short, 1-2 minutes,
and tofu stays soft and light color, or if you like crispy, then fry
it little longer till it gets golden-brown color.

It
can be served as a part of macrobiotic plate with grains, vegetables
and algae, as a change for beans.
Fried tofu is great add to sushi and also can be eaten on sandwich with
slices of fresh vegetables.
Also
it is great as add to vegetables in sauce or to sauce for cooked noodles.
For
health problems add little water to frying oil.
