Preparation
Cut
broccoli steam on bigger pieces and florets. Carrot cut on round slices,
and onion on smaller pieces.
On 1 tbs. of sesame oil fry 1/2 of onion. Add water and put broccoli
and oat flakes for cooking. When broccoli is cooked, drain it and bland.
To water from cooking add, carrot, parsley and celery and leave it for
cooking.
When
vegetables are cooked, add broccoli paste and stir few more minutes.
When soup is cooked garnish with chopped green leaves of green onion..
