Preparation
Cut
broccoli steam on smaller pieces and florets. Carrot cut on round slices.
Put broccoli to cold water and bring it to boil. Boil until it is cooked,
then drain broccoli and bland it. To water from cooking add onion, carrot,
parsley and celery and leave it for cooking.
When
vegetables are near to be cooked, add broccoli paste.
1 tsp. of Kudzu powder mix with 1 tbs.. of cold water. Add it to boiling
soup and stir to become more thick. Add 1/2 cup of Soya milk. Stir few
more minutes and when soup is cooked garnish with chopped parsley leaves.
