Cut all vegetables on slices. It is better to cut on long and wide pieces, but not thick. Because vegetables should be fried for short. | |||||

dough with flour, salt and water. Add enough water that dough become smooth
and liquid like. It should be more thick then it is for pancakes dough.
But also not too thick that it not goes out from vegetables during frying. |

it on hot oil. It should be deep fried for short and then take them out to serviette. Then frying oil will be removed from vegetables. |
