Macrobiotic/Vegetarian Burgers

 

Ingredients:

1,5 -2 cup leftover cooked Integral Rice
1/2 cup leftover cooked Adzuki
beans
Any of vegetables which you have:
1 carrot
1 onion
piece of pumpkin
red pepper
cooked green piece, kale, leek
1/5 cup tomato juice

 

 

Preparation

Grind fresh vegetables (pumpkin, carrot, onion), pepper cut on slices. Mix rice, adzuki beans, vegetables and add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, ginger powder, chopped parsley leaves and tomato juice. Mix it well with ur hand.
If mixture is too liquid, add oat flakes, corn meal or whole wheat flour to make it more thick.
Make balls and shape them in burgers. Add flour from both sides.

Bake it on lightly oiled cookie sheet or fry on hot oil.
Practical meal. with all macrobiotic ingrediants needed for good body functioning, grain, beans, vegetables. It can be taken as an add to cooked bean soup, included in macrobiotic plata or eaten separatly for breakfest or used for trip.
