Preparation
Grind
fresh vegetables (pumpkin, carrot, onion), pepper cut on slices. Mix
rice, adzuki beans, vegetables and add salt, turmeric, chilli powder,
ginger powder, chopped parsley leaves and tomato juice. Mix it well
with ur hand.
If mixture is too liquid, add oat flakes, corn meal or whole wheat flour
to make it more thick.
Make balls and shape them in burgers. Add flour from both sides.
